Jovanotti-uus avastus muusikalainel

Viimaste nädalate jooksul on meil perega päris mitmeid sõite ette tulnud(nagu nt Genova-Renazzo, mis 3h kiirteedel) ning me kuulame alati Itaalia muusikat. Jagaksingi teile natuke muljeid. Jovanotti avastasin enda jaoks aprilli algul kui perega pühapäeval linnast välja lõunatama sõitsime. Peaksin pereisa ipodi muusikalisti küsima, sest tegelikult on tal palju häid lugusid seal ning neid ma ise otsides ei leiaks. Teisi nimesid mul meeles ei ole, aga jagan natuke teiega Jovanotti laule :)

Jovanotti is not considered a rapper but a pop artist who uses rap as an element in his music.
He began his career in 1987 as a DJ on the popular Radio Deejay in Milano. Jovanotti transformed himself from his early recordings geared toward teeny boppers to more socially conscious releases. Jovanotti's early attempts to rap were in English language and were excruciating painful.
His catchy melodic hooks have marked him as an artist who creates what Felice Liperi termed, rap canzonettistico

The name Jovanotti derives from the plural form of the Italian word giovanotto ("young man"), i.e. giovanotti. Lorenzo Cherubini originally auditioned a band with the name "I Giovanotti", but the record producer only was interested in him. He then decided on an Italo-American name of "Joe Vanotti" before conjugating it to his famous moniker "Jovanotti". The spelling Jovanotti is anglicised, the letter j almost never being used in Italian.
